Returns & Exchanges

At SKYN, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Return

  Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
